Works, but QA needs some help.
First power supply arrived DOA, thankfully Amazon Prime returns... Second arrived with a hard white glue chunk stuck in the fan blades, preventing the fan from turning. I suppose I was a little paranoid after the first one was DOA, so I looked at power supply closely. If not, this one would have overheated and been dead in short order too.
