YOU CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE
Look, I'm sure I'm not the first it the last hater of celiac disease. But let me tell you I miss bread, pasta, most sweets (cakes, pies, donuts), anything deep friend... And KRAFT Mac n Cheese!! Omgod! I couldn't have been happier... Except maybe when I saw Jimmy Fallon advertise gluten free Oreos! I mean C'mon!!🤪 So, the minute I found out Kraft made gluten free...I got the 12 boxes! The day I got it...I made it, sent Snapchats to my daughters of me eating it out of the pan... The whole box! I couldn't believe it tasted the same! I know that eating nothing but Mac n Cheese for 3 days, does not a healthy diet make, I mean I am gonna be 53yr old this year... But this celiac diagnosis is like 3 or 4 yrs NEW & HATED, so to find anything from my "old" diet... Is HEAVEN... Without the inflammation.Thank you KRAFT! ❤️ You have a customer for life!#velveetawho?

A Bite of Nostalgia
Practically stuffed with nostalgia and satisfaction my consciousness crawls from the tide of childhood memories. No soda, no candy, no processed foods. Beef was mostly off the menu, pizza was for other people's parties, and dessert was only once a week. These rules were the dark backdrop that made us cling to the few times we were allowed Mac and cheese like kids who cling to the campfire after ghost stories. It was only after I was older and began my adventures in bachelorhood that I realized how much Kraft towered above the other competitors in their field. Since I had to buy my own Mac and cheese I tried a myriad of other, cheaper brands but there was always a fatal flaw. The cheese was too creamy or too grainy, too sharp or too mild, or sometimes it tasted just plain artificial. Like a Lamborghini of cheesy pasta Kraft had everything, including the high price. From there my addiction to Kraft Mac-n-Cheese grew stronger by the box. Even after I got married my wife joined in my occasional still needed fix until one day disaster struck. No one said life is fair and in a move made to pit my love for my wife against the love of my Mac and cheese Lamborghini, life diagnosed my wife gluten free. We emptied out all gluten from the house and had a funeral pyre in the backyard at which I delivered a beautiful eulogy, followed by a wake. The withdrawals started the next day as I sobered up and I spent the next week locked in the guest bedroom listening to death metal at full volume, screaming at the top of my lungs, and my wife feeding me under the door. The cravings have never gone away completely but they have lessened over the last decade, until now that is. My wife humored me at first feeling she had been the cause of my separation from my beloved Kraft Mac-n-Cheese. My kids thought it was fun and stacked the boxes into ever increasing forts and bunkers. Now I can barely hear them because of the noise cancelling earbuds that block their muffled cries for mercy from behind a door barricaded with Mac and cheese. As I take another bite of my nostalgia, I pray a silent "thank you" and press the "Order Now" button again. Thank you Kraft for making it gluten free

Just like the gluteny stuff!
Had to try this since I shameful admit I missed the "real" stuff. Most gluten free Mac & cheese boxed mixes have a thick gooey cheese sauce. I prefer the powdered cheese sauce Kraft makes. I'm so glad I bought a case! One box is only 2 servings, so this is an expensive family meal opgion, but for those of us who are single (or when the kids are out), or for kids who are in gluten free diets, this is a treat! It really looks, smells and tastes like the "real" stuff. A late night snack, easy lunch or dinner - it's fabulous. A great but when it's on sale or if you purchase it in bulk.

Delicious
My son has Celiac's and this tastes just like the regular version. The cooking time is a little different and I recommend stirring the noodles continuously for a minute as soon as you drop it into the boiling water to prevent them from clumping together as they cook. Purchasing online has been much cheaper than any of my local stores by a lot.

So close to the non GF thing, nobody needs to know...
Heaven!!!Oh I love my Mac n Cheese again!Thank you Kraft! These are as close to comfort food as I can get being gluten free. I have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease since 1984...this is the first real food that makes me feel like I'm indulging :) It smells and looks like the real thing...and when I am soooo hungry, it is the real thing! If I am hypercritical- I can point out that brown rice pasta has a gritty taste to it, but hey...if you look for a negative, you will find it.Thank you Thank you Thank you for bringing me some pleasure and making me feel "normal" again!

Expensive
My son has problems with digestion and gluten free helps him to digest his food. Mac and cheese is his favorite food and I was so happy to find this for him but the price is so much more than regular Mac and cheese which makes it unfair to people like my son that need gluten-free food. I can't believe it was $30 for this. Affordability would make me buy it way more often as my son stated that he enjoyed it and it was nice to not have digestive issues after eating it.

Worth it every time
This is the second time I've bought this package, and I guarantee I'll be buying it a third time as well. It is a fantastic value compared to the price for a box of this in the store, and while I'm probably a little desensitized from being on a gluten free diet for more than a few years now, the taste and flavor of this mac n cheese is ON POINT. It is delicious and creamy and cheesy, and the noodles don't fall apart or taste like cardboard or gritty like a lot of gluten free substitutes do.
