I have been taking the Mullein Leaf for sometime but trying the Burdock Root for the first time. I have been very satisfied with BIOKRAUTER and the products I have purchased and continue to purchase

I take magnesium and a mullein before bed and they help me get drowsy and sleep fairly well, as long as my diet hasn't been full of carbs.Update: I have been taking Mullein for about 2 years. I have had a bad cough that lingers after almost every cold I get since I was at least a teenager, I'm far from a teenager now. I still get a cough but it's not keeping me up at night and disrupting life like it was. It didn't take the whole 2 years of taking it to make my cough better, it just took that long to realize Mullein likely has something to do with it.

Seems like quality supplement and I like that it's in larger mg size than most.

I found if I took two it made me dizzy. I cut back to one in the morning and one in the evening and it did fine.I’m a smoker. I don’t know if it has helped with my cough, but I haven’t taken it that long. I will continue taking the bottle and hopefully it will have the effect that I want.Damn cigarettes! So addictive.

Seems to be working. I was hesitant at first, but I feel the daily difference.

encapsulated supplements usually have harmful ingredients added so products like this are convenient and healthy options

Not a very secure product when the box is not secured and the bottle's plastic band on the cap doesn't break off but stays intake when unscrewed. Then the cover on top of the opening of the bottle is not sealed, really makes ya feel like it could have been tampered with.Other than that, Im not sure whether to send them back or see what happens. They do have a strong odor to them which I have not had in the other mullein capsules products I've used.

This is the most effective Mullein leaf supplement I ever purchased. I used to have a problem with mucus/runny nose mostly year round. Once I gave this product a try it alleviated this problem. I have to occasionally blow my nose early in the morning, however once I take the 2 daily capsules I am done with the runny nose. Also, my lungs feel more clearer as well. 100% Satisfaction ***** This the only Mullein leaf supplement for me.
