Faulty
Item delivered with the elastic snapped in the harness lanyard. Not great considering this is a safety product!I would like to keep ladder and return harness for one that is not faulty although unable to get through to anyone to arrange this.Very disappointed.

Casing on rungs broke on testing
Tested this out by hooking it to our anchor points and standing on the first rung. The casing on the rung snapped.I'm sure this won't affect its functionality since rope runs through the casing, but it's pretty disappointing considering the price of the item.
