Hagen Fluval Sea SP2 Sump Pump for Aquarium

This pump gets 3 stars just because it is built well and looks to be quality when I pulled it all apart. Same can't be said for the flow. I've got an eheim 1260, rated at 625gph in the next tank and it is clearing out doing this pump, at roughly the same head height, which is rated at 300gph more. I would say these are overrated in their pump capacity just by watching each of my 4 tanks water movement.

I replaced an Eheim 3000 pump with this one. It moves less water even though it is supposed to be a more powerful pump and the noise level is substantially higher. I will be reinstalling my older pump.
