DRYtex Waterproof Incontinence Underwear Clear Pants/Briefs - Small - Clear

Hello, I/we ordered 2 x DryTex Waterproof Incontinence Pants - X-Large - 203-1516813-4882719 - Order Total £26.18, to trial for a seriously Disabled Family member. When the order arrived, we opened the items and noticed the vinyl these pants are made of really smells strong, too strong to wear straight away, so they were washed once. Then one pair was used as an extra protection cover for the Tena Incontinence Pants, which our family member has to wear. When putting these DryTex pants on to our family member, we noticed the Leg/Waist opening's were rather hard/harsh and within minutes of wearing them, we could see how uncomfortable they appeared to be and were removed straight away. The product description states - "Made from 100% Soft PVC in the UK", but this is not the case. This product openings are extremely hard/harsh and very uncomfortable for any Disabled Person to wear who needs extra protection when wearing Tena Pants/Pads. In our opinion, the product is not fit for purpose and should not be on sale. I/we have contacted the seller - Mobility Choices - twice, to request a Full-Refund, but their replies have been unhelpful:Kind regards, DH

Verey disappointed quality knot good plastic very harsh texture won't be buying any moreExpensive for what you get. Cannot recommend sorry.
