Very nice for the price!
I ordered this to extend the steering wheel out just a little more to replicate the same position as the optionally available extended hub OEM steering wheel. The was just the perfect length, and contrary to some other reviews, the fit and finish were exceptional. In fact, the anodizing is so good, the horn button would not ground through the hub, so I had to run an extension wire from the button to the original hub. A couple of points to note when installing:1) As noted above, the horn button wouldn't ground through the extension, so I had to use the original MOMO button ring between the original hub and the extension (not between the extension and the steering wheel). This was a little odd and leaves a slight visible gap, but I didn't see any other easy way around it.2) The hub can only be installed in one direction due to the machined horn button "lip". There were no instructions provided so it was a little bit of "trial and error" figuring out which way everything should be installed. (the machined lip is installed outwards towards the steering wheel).3) The included wrench didn't fit the screw heads tightly, so I used my own allen wrenches to ensure the screw heads were not damaged or stripped out. (If I could deduct a quarter star for this I would do so)4) There were no washers include for the screws that mount the extension to the hub, so I had to provide my own. I did this to prevent the screw heads from marring or digging into the aluminum extension face and... (see #5)5) The holes for the screws to mount the extension to the hub (the unthreaded/untapped ones) seemed overly large and allowed the screws to "wallow around" in the hole. I was concerned that without washers the screws may be offset to the hole and disfigure or damage the extension face. I would have liked these holes to be closer in size to the actual screw thread diameter.Overall it works well, is machined and finished well, and looks good. Other than the items mentioned above it's a good value and does what it's supposed to do.

Functional, did need to be modified to allow horn button to work
This thing does exactly what it should. I replaced the factory wheel in my ‘93 Miata for a MOMO wheel and wanted to have it closer to me, so this was perfect. I did have to remove some of the black coating by sanding the face towards the hub of the car and turning the inside of it in a lathe so that the horn could contact bare metal - works great now, but just something to know if you are wanting your horn button to work. You could probs use just regular sandpaper on the inside of it if you don’t have any kind of machinery.

Did the job
Worked as intended. Easy to install.Installed the lip side against the hub.

Long term test
I've had this on my Miata for a few months and it's been great. It was very easy to install, feels sturdy, and pairs up perfectly to the hub and steering column. I drive my car hard and haven't had a single issue with this. One thing to remember - if you want to wire your horn or airbag defeater, I'd strongly recommend splicing a longer wire, as this will not conduct.

It does it job but has a few issues with my wheel
On my 2006 Honda Civic Si, I simply bought this to replace my quick release as for my track car I didn’t really need it as I never used it. But I had some complications with this spacer with my wheel, first I can no longer use my horn, I would need to weld or Jerry rig it somehow, the wheel I use a Momo 320mm and it uses a bracket that puts itself between the wheel and hub it can’t be used with this spacer, simply because it won’t fit the inside of the spacer, also the there was 2 bolts that had to be put at an angle on the spacer so I could “properly” connect it to my momo hub. Will definitely use this as a temporary alternative until I could order a momo spacer because it doesn’t fit perfectly and properly but still bolts down tight enough to use… overall I’m happy for the price, just didn’t fit as well as I expected…
