I ordered these to help ease my plantar facilitis. The difference they have made is massive. Before using them I would set off walking and by the time I got back I was hobbling in pain. I would suffer a lot in the morning and dread setting off anywhere. they easily cut to size using the marked guide on the toe, ( I just used the insoles I was replacing as a guide/template to cut around for a perfect fit.) The arch area of the insole is high and it does take a little bit to get used to it, but persevere because it's so worth it ( if you haven't worn this kind of insole before It can feel strange to start with but they bed in and you will not notice after a short time ). you can easily swap between shoes, but for the price I will just order more and maybe try one of the other designs this company does. I have tried quite a lot of the best sellers on here and while they have all given relief in different degrees, these are the ones that I will be using from now on . I have waited to write this review to give them a decent try out, and my pain has almost completely gone, i do get the odd bit of pain which is mainly in the morning but nothing compared to beforethese are my second pair from this company.

Finally, a cheap and good quality insole for people with large feet. In the past I've had to use insoles that are too small for my size 14s, meaning they either move around or come out completely when I take my foot out of the shoe. These are literally the perfect size for my huge work boots. They fit without any trimming, although they do have trim lines printed on the bottom. They are very comfortable and I'll be buying more to extend the life of all my shoes and boots.

I bought these to fit a new pair of shoes with no arch support. They are more comfortable than the flat soft inserts that came with the shoes, as they give more arch support, and I anticipate will prevent the problems that I get with shoes with flat interiors. I thought the arch supports would be in a slightly different position but think they will be fine and definitely of benefit. Only just fitted today so can't say yet how they compare with other brands.

Arrived the next day (today) and fit true to size. I'm a size 5 and I only had to trim a wee bit off the small size. Feel a bit strange but never used insoles before so I'm sure that will improve. Good quality product and a complete star buy at less than £3

I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis for the last couple of months, and as a result, I've been struggling to walk in my adidas trainers as they don't have much cushioning. These insoles have really helped as they support the arch and I've not been experiencing as much pain in my heel. The only slight downside is that they are quite firm - I thought they would've been softer. Not sure what the more expensive types are like - I'll have to give them a try as well.

Received my first pair of solLab insoles. (Service was really fast) and they fitted beautifully in my trainers. They are not too flimsy or too ridged. Just the right amount of flexibility in order to place in my footwear. I've just ordered another pair (M) for shoes so I don't have to swop and change too much. Really pleased with my purchase and fully recommend.

I've had a painful heel problem for a long time, hobbling for a few mins after sitting for a while until I could walk on it properly.After using these insoles my problem has completed gone. Also it improved they way I stand which has massively reduced back pain I used to get.Wish I had know about these previously. Little bit strange at first until you get used to them. I highly recommend them.
