I pour it in a bottle of water and shake it up. Gives me a small boost of energy. All the emergen-c’s I buy gives me just a small boost for the day.

Is there a listing of ingredients on the container?

Yes. On the back of the box towards the bottom is the ingredients list. My husband and I mix the elderberry with cran-grape juice and it's wonderful.

Been using this for years!

A doctor told me about Emergen C. Yes yes it has a few grams of sugar but that's OK for me. I love the flavor of this and it gives me a decent amount of zinc as well as vitamin C and other nutrients. I guess the price is slightly high for how many you get but I suspect that's due to the individual packets, which I do appreciate, so I don't mind paying. The flavor is very good!
