The media could not be loaded. Owned this thing over 2 years and haven’t changed the water ever but it still works great and is in good shape. The water is a nasty looking color but it hasn’t leaked or broke . It’s was quick and easy to set up worth every dollar

I havent been as responsible with this as I should have been and it's still good to go. Kids have sat on it, it accidentally froze in the garage, I've dropped it too hard when I pulled a muscle. I think there is literally no reason and maybe not practical way to make this any more durable. Buy it.

My husband's physical therapist has him use this precisely BECAUSE the water sloshes around. (This assumes you do not fill the bag completely with water.) He has him do lunges and things while holding this because the sloshing water throws you off balance, and he is trying to teach my husband how to adjust for this, maintain his balance, and not fall. So it is excellent for this purpose. This particular bag is a lot less expensive than other brands, and we haven't had any leakage problems yet.FILLING TIP. Some people have had issues with too much air spurting out during the time it takes for them to remove the inflator and insert the plug. I didn't have this issue the first time I filled it, but I did the 2nd when I added more water. Then I realized I had NOT properly closed the valve. You press the button in the middle of the opening down to open it and allow water to flow in. But then you have to make sure you press the button down again so that it pops back up and closes the opening. THEN attach the inflator and add air. If the button is properly up, then only a tiny bit of air will leak out when you remove the inflator. You will have plenty of time to insert the plug. If the button is not properly up, the second you remove the inflator, a giant puff of air will come out and your bag will be saggy.

The bags are pretty sturdy, so long as they are not dropped. One of the seams on my bag leaked and had it replaced. The see through design is great at providing visual feedback while training.Good value for the price!

Very well made. This aqua Bulgarian bag is great! Being able to add more water as needed to increase weight is perfect. My arms are short so I added Gym Exercise Handles to the straps to add length and grip.I am 68 and stiff in my shoulders, back and hips. Mobility, flexibility and strength are my goals.Learning the correct form for each exercise is crucial. Start out with a quart of water until you got it down. The swing around your back exercise (which blew my mind), will loosen up your back, hips and shoulders. Your core, front, sides and back will burn doing it. It's amazing!

This bag offers a pretty great workout. I have a 100lb sandbag and this thing with 80lbs feels like a much more difficult and engaging session. But here’s the thing, it’s not easy to fill up. I bought this specifically for working out while traveling, and that may not be its best use. You simply cannot fill this up in a normal sink. A bathtub kind of works, but you won’t be able to fill it up all the way. I was fortunate enough that where I was staying had a deep kitchen sink with a flexible hose, but it still took more than 10 minutes and had complications. Probably the best way to do it is to submerge it in a basin or body of water, if you can. All said, though, it’s very durable and feels really solid. Very happy I made the purchase.
