Samsung HW-Q67CT 7.1CH Soundbar with Acoustic Beam and Wireless Rear Kit

I'm not sure why other reviews complained. We love our system. Excellent sound quality. However the rear speakers are not wireless, they do have to be wired into receiver. Bass needs turned all the way up but is Excellent at high level

Ordered refurbished to save almost 50% on the price. Was skeptical of quality bc of this but after receiving it almost a full week earlier than expected, it works perfectly.!! Was very easy to connect all the components and the sound is SO much richer than the last 2 sound systems I've had. Very pleased.!!!

Edit: Still tinkering with the settings since I got the soundbar and rear speakers. It started out poorly with intermittent connection problems but 3 days later the rear speakers seem to be more consistent. I was also having difficulty getting good quality sound from the rear speakers until I changed to an optical cable instead of the hdmi arc that comes with speakers. The sound quality when running apps through the tv (a samsung tv made in 2019) is poor. I believe most people will find that TVs have poor audio chips installed in them. Thus the need for a sound system. The sound system can only do so much with the audio chip in my TV (I think). The moment I run the apps through my xbox the sound quality improves at least three fold. I'll try playing with the settings some more but I think most people who get this product may need to run it through a different audio source... Some troubleshooting I did was increase audio volume setting on soundbar to max, rear speakers to max, changed tv sound setting to surround, and used an optical cable over their HDMI. I don't think the price of these is great, I think you're paying for the brand name, but I would have thought that Samsung speakers would pair well with a Samsung TV. Guess the the TV I have wasn't as great as I thought. Now that I'm running the speakers through my xbox I might consider keeping them. Sounds great now, I'll test for another day or two to make sure they stay consistent. Edit: Not entirely sure why, but the rear speakers don't function during certain apps or are far more likely to cut in and out. Namely HBO. Just tried using the bluetooth function and connecting the speakers to the TV. Seems to have solved the problem

My system arrived and the packing was all broken apart. Thankfully as of now it seems to be working as it should.

I have 3 surround sound systems in my house and this one is by far the best. Sound quality especially when you’re watching a 4K movie is just plain awesome. Playing music it’s crisp And it sounds just like I’m wearing stereo headphones. The bass is powerful.

I bought this product because I have a Samsung TV thought it would be the prefect compatible match. Soundbar works great! Surround does not. Better parents for with just a sound bar

The sound bar and subwoofer sound great. The rear speakers don’t work so I called Samsung. Within 2 minutes they offered to send me new speakers. It looks like this has been a problem for rear years with people complaining about it online.This morning I received a call from Samsung telling me they “don’t process that part” and we’re cancelling it. When he offered something about sending someone for repair I decided to send it back. This is ridiculous. I’ll take a look at Yamaha and Sony even though I have a Samsung TV.Since I haven’t received the new speakers I called Samsung again. They haven’t sent them yet. I’m running out of time to return it so I submitted the return. The woman on the phone said I’d hear from someone via email.Abdur wrote to tell me the item isn’t eligible for return and I should send the emails from Samsung. Everything was by phone.I guess I need to escalate to Amazon executives. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Very impressed! We got this because the rear speakers do not have to be connected the tv. The rear speakers do have cords and have to be plugged in but for us it was easy because they are behind our couch. Less cords was our main selling point on this as we have a curious 9 month old that gets into everything. We are very happy with our purchase!
