This product did not work at all.
Appears to be very well made, however the basic design depends on metal to metal sealing with no o-rings or sleeves or gaskets of any type. I tightened the nuts far beyond recommended torque, Even with a 2-ft long cheater bar made out of PVC pipe. Both joints still leaked. I called the manufacturer for what was going on and they just said to keep tightening. That still did not work, so I cut The section of piping out and ordered the Dorman kit, which worked the first time.
