My son ordered this to install in his Mustang and boy was he happy/proud. The package did not arrive with the yellow installation tool (to help get into the spaces where this needed to be installed) but we improvised. Installation was fairly simply and once we got once piece done we were off to the races finishing off the rest. The light really does not show during the day but come dusk this product is a showcase in the vehicle. There are A LOT of color selections and the app looks easy to use. So in summary, fairly easy install and well worth the minimal price of this product.

I normally dont write reviews, but this product earned it! Let's just get this out of the way...It comes with minimal instructions and for a beginner like myself it looked very complicated! The hardest thing was running the lights through the door to the dash, which wasn't hard at all! Once I realized how to do the install and where I wanted the lights it was a breeze! Finally... The lights look beyond amazing!!! Totally transform the look of the interior! The app works perfectly had enough to do the whole front of my car, except 2 small areas I decided I wanted done in the end! Had i measured for them at first i would have had enough lights! Beautiful bright defined lights! I would recommend this product without hesitation!

I really do like the finished result it’s just that it takes a lot of time, creativity, and willpower. There’s a lot of cables that comes with it so I reccomend having a floor mat to hide the cables. Setting it up for the most part was pretty easy but trying to manage all the wires was pretty tuff

Install is easy.. I personally like the one that comes with the remote. These kind of suck because for some reason it won’t do blues and greens and barely purple. Guess there’s a short. You’re better off buying the similar set at Walmart that comes with the remote for like $35-40. Hate the app too. I’ll get my old set back when I come across it.

Surprisingly good lighting even around 90 degree corners

Honestly these are not the best lights to put in your car. This is why, for starters it can be hard to install depending on where you want to have your lights. The look can be messy with all the cords since it can be hard to find a way to semi hide them if you are like me and want light in the back and front of your car. When you do get them installed you have to have the little silver end piece where the light comes out connected to the actual clear strip so it will light it up with color, due to this it makes it hard to hide the cords and also gives it a messy look since you can not hide the silver end pieces either. I will say that it does look cool and does light up well at night but it is just not a clean install look. i guess if you popped off panels in your car to hide the cords behind it might look better but im not about to do that. Overall i give it a 5/10 :Update, i actually ended up removing these lights from my car because i was tired of the messy look with all the cords and stupid silver parts where the light comes from. I was also tired of having to ALWAYS fix the light because over time the silver parts where the light comes out will start to fall off of the clear strip once it becomes worn a bit. I completely change my 5/10 score i gave these light to a 3/10 since over time they become more of a pain in the butt then what it is worth to have them. from now on i am not going to have lights in my car unless they are professionally installed.
