My opinion is that these are not for sports, okay for sleep wear.

can you machine wash these bras?

hi yes I machine wash these and they're fine - but I took the 2 insert pads out as I didn't want them, so cant comment on how these would wash!

I would suggest large or xl as I’m quite big busted & brought the L they are so comfortable & look lovely on
