Dimensions are frame size not photo size
I misread the dimensions. Not an 11x13 photo - only a 7x9 photo - the overall frame size is 11x13 so much smaller than I wanted. Poor quality picture so not good enough for giving as a present as I had planned. Postage too expensive to return so will keep it for myself anyway.
