Q: How can bluetooth be disabled on the amp? Even if I remove the antenna it is still active.

There is no way to disable it. It has no interface that would allow this.

Q: Using on 80's cars where customer wants to keep factory look,hide the amp in dash, would you guys recommend small ball bearing pc fan on the end?

I did this exact thing with this amp. I have a 1987 olds toronado. I took the non working radio apart and mounted this behind the original radio face. Connected using adapter to original harness with zero cuts into factory harness. It connects automatically to my phone and I just control volume from my phone.

Q: i connected the power to the positive and ground to the frame but still not working. Do I need to connect the Remote (rem) to something? Thanks

Yes, remote needs to connect to 12v (key switch is redommended) . Remote power functions as an on/off button and if always connected to 12v it Will drain youre battery.
