I love life extension products. I've been using them since they first started eons ago. I like this vit. d and K supplement.. as sometimes the calcium I take dosn't always contain d and K. you won't go wrong with this product.

Finally, someone came out with D3 5,000 iu and K2 combined. As it is dangerous to only take D3 without K2 this just made my supplement regement easier.
