Quality foot protector
I purchased the foot protector for my brother, he likes it ALOT!! It is very comfortable, and supportive. The velcro straps are secure. It is easy for him to put on. He is very happy with the product. I would recommend it. His doctor printed a sheet full of options, but this is the one the doctor circled.

We can finally get a good night's sleep!
We highly recommend these heel protectors. For months after his stroke my husband suffered from repeated leg spasms (mostly on the right side), which woke us up several times every night. He invariably kicked off the smaller light blue booty he'd been using (shown in photo) and complained of related pain in his heel. That problem ended the very first night we switched to the larger McKesson heel protector, and has not recurred. (We were so pleased that we ordered one for his left foot the next morning.) I don't pretend to know the medical reason for this (a doctor friend speculated that the large, cushioned boots have a swaddling effect that moderates or deters the spasms, or perhaps they stabilize the foot at a helpful angle), but because the boots are so comfortable, and stay on well, and have increased his ability to sleep and therefore daytime quality of life, I regret not ordering them sooner. And although they are sold separately, a pair of them cost less than a single heel protector boot offered by other companies.

A good purchase for easing heel pain
Ordered for my husband as he has pressure ulcers on the heels and sides of his feet. It does help make his feet more comfortable. It is easy to put on, doesn't come off while he's sleeping, and it gives more support than the cheaper one-strap bunny boots would.
