She wore out a Blendtec. Upscaled to the commercial grade and she loves it. The sound shield keeps me snoozing while she is making breakfast. Nice.

The media could not be loaded. This is the second blender I ordered, first they send me the wrong blender, and now I get a defective one, it has scratches and the motor is loose, the blender I ordered comes with an extra jar and I did not get it, I am very frustrated with this experience.

This is my 3rd Blendtec in 12 years and this one (825) truly does everything without complaints. I have not been able to do much with it yet but my plan is work it to the maximum.

Not sure if the sound reduction feature on this machine means the motor is not supposed to be attached to the casing, but will be reaching out to supplier to discuss.

Blendtec is an industry standard and certainly lives up-to it’s name. Very powerful but noise decibels could be lowered. Kind of loud for a retail shop

This was the second time I bought this model unit and it looked like it was a returned item as the blender was placed upside down and the packing was all messed up.

I really like my blentecs; I use them daily in a snack shack, with moderately high volume. they are wonder!
