Yes they are. They have a load rating of 3190lbs at 65 psi. Classified as a d range tire but have a 3 ply side wall giving them the same load capacity as a E rated tired. Have them on my 11 2500hd with 6.0 gasser and damn near 50k on them and still got one rotation left
