Th is the best mascara I have ever found. The primary best is the brush. It is much more like a comb. The actual mascara is thinner so Distribution is easier with out clumping. Very easy to apply a second coat if desired. Lashes look defined and longer.

This mascara is something else. I bought a bottle of this DERMALOGY by NEOGENLAB Hygienic Extra Slim Pink Metal Mascara (Black) on a whim. It looked fascinating, and I've found that the thinner the applicator, the longer and more individually coated my lashes tend to be.I was not disappointed.The petite container holds the most fascinating applicator ever. It appears to be a long, delicately threaded screw (have you seen an Archimedes screw? Something like that...and I guess I shouldn't make fun, because technically that's what it is, since it's meant to hold onto the liquid mascara). The metal applicator is long and slim, and the threaded end is housed in the container of mascara liquid. When you pull the end of the metal applicator out of the liquid, the tiny threads hold onto the liquid. You can get the slim metal applicator quite close to your lashline, and apply the mascara there, as well. The mascara is applied precisely, with the applicator separating each lash. The result is incredible, with lashes blackened from the waterline to the tip, and separated beautifully.This mascara also stays on precisely. It doesn't BUDGE. The only problem with it may be its stubborn insistence in staying on one's lashes. I had to use my heavy-duty makeup remover to get this stuff off. It won't travel or flake. It's amazing. Be warned though: you will need some serious makeup remover to get it off.

I wanted to try out the metal rod mascara because of the hype, however this product such a fail. I have fairly long lashes, and this mascara made my lashes clump together. The imprecise application from the rod also managed to smudge mascara all over my eyelids. It’s possibly the worst mascara applicator I’ve ever tried. One star for the formula of the mascara, which is pretty good and is easy to wash off, but the metal rod is terrible.

This is hands down the best mascara wand ever invented for my type of lashes.I have straight, what I THOUGHT were very short lashes.I thought they were short because no matter what mascara I use, I ALWAYS have to wear primer if I want to look like I even have eyelashes, let alone long ones.Somehow that is not the case with this mascara?I mean, just check out the photos!Left eye with mascara, right with my normal stumpy sad invisible little lashes.The difference is INSANE!Like, whose lashes even ARE these?!I’m over here lookin like I stole a show pony’s eyelashes y’all.🐴👁️😅It’s got to be the wand.It grips every single lash, and somehow curls them?!Which is awesome cuz I can’t use a lash curler to save my life.I took the advice of another helpful reviewer and let my lashes dry between each of the 3 coats I used to get the effect in the pictures.I found I could put on from 3-5 coats *5 coats for more drama!💃🏾*before I needed to bust out my spoolie and comb out a few clumps.As mentioned in other reviews, it’s definitely hard to remove with any sort of eye makeup remover.I ended up slathering my eyelids in Soap & Glory’s Glow Your Mind Nourishing Cleansing Balm and it melted right off with a warm washcloth.I was a bit peeved that I received a tube with a part of the cap cracked since this mascara is like, a million dollars, but I can still use it and the results are ridiculously great so I only took off a star.I definitely recommend this mascara and will never use a non metal mascara wand again!

Not as good as the hype was. Does not make them look any better than when I wear regular mascara

The mascara is great. It is water resistant and doesn’t smudge which is what I love about this product. I usually only do 2 coats and it highlights my eyelashes

I have the world's longest and straightest lashes. No mascara ever worked for me to hold a curl all day till now! Now with a light curling of my lashes before and then apply the mascara and bam!! Before finding this mascara I contemplated a lash lift but tbh this was a better long term solution. If you are hesitant like me, please make the jump and purchase. Nobody is telling me to do this btw. Just one girly to another. Also my pics are to showcase 8hrs of wear. Now I will note it's a tad difficult to get off but micellar water does the trick. (Just let it soak)

I like the style of the wand; however, the reviews are very accurate regarding the mascara being impossible to wash off. For some people they may like it. Personally I’m afraid I’m going to ruin my lashes trying to remove the mascara.
