Very good garlic-like flavor that is easy to digest for those with IBS. It’s a life savor. It does give foods a green look, if that’s something that bothers you.

Due to health reasons, I had to stop using garlic. This is the perfect substitute, even my husband who has no problems with garlic loves this product too. Hooray, I can enjoy the garlic flavor once again!!!!

Definitely milder than garlic bulb but I like the delicate flavor and it is better for digestion issues. I saw some complaints about the packaging which I can say it’s not accurate. The packaging was excellent. It came in a small little box wrapped very carefully with tissue paper and brown paper, mine was in perfect condition with an excellent expiration date. It makes wonderful garlic mashed potatoes. Also great on burgers, salads etc. It come in a shaker bottle which I love.It is expensive but it is a very high quality product and last a long time.

The garlic scapes make a world of difference in my husband's LOW Fodmap meals. I notice that they especially show themselves in things such as salad dressing pre-made and allowed to sit overnight. I add a dab of this to everything from pasta sauce to Mediterranean pasta salad.

This added very little flavor. For the price I'd look for something else.

I have bought garlic oil which is delicious and my friend bought me some other salt shaker -a Monash approved Garlic substitute- But the fillers made me sick and I didn’t like it at all. This is delicious and really does add a garlic flavor if you want more just add more powder. I just wish it was cheaper because I would buy it more often as it is I use the conservatively but would use it every night if I could and if it was more affordable. I definitely think it’s worth a try I really love it and it makes a huge difference for me I cannot believe that I can have garlic again at least in some form even if it’s not the real thing. Thanks

Great for a low fodmap diet! I can buy sensitive stomach spaghetti sauce and add this and their onion chive seasoning and it tastes like "normal". Highly recommend it.

Highest quality Garlic Scape Powder. Relieved that this is available for those who have trouble digesting regular garlic. This tastes delicious and made a perfect gift for a family member.
