So many uses!
I've only had these a few days but I have found so many uses for them, I'm ordering another pack. First, the car--I have a product I like for the dashboard but it comes is a non-aerosol spray bottle which, of course, gets the product in all the places I don't want it to go, so I pour it in a 16 oz. plastic condiment squeeze bottle with the cone tip and tiny hole. I then squeeze some onto an applicator and apply the product where I want it. This applicator pad has a bound thin edge so you can get in that space where the windshield meets the dash and all kinds of tight, oddly shaped spaces that used to drive me nuts. It will take the shape of the cupholder to clean with a twist or two. Ditto on cleaning the wheels. I use one to apply leather cleaner, one damp to remove excess cleaner, one to apply leather conditioner, and a dry one to buff. They are the perfect size and shape to work in the car, on my leather furniture, and on my purses and boots. I keep one in the car and one by the door to clean my dog's feet. This morning I used one to clean up spilled syrup that cascaded down all the drawer fronts to the hardwood floor. Easy peasy, and it rinsed right out of the pad. I'm pretty sure you could blow your nose on one in an emergency. When their work is done, I throw them in the washer and they come out like new with no retained odor, oiliness, etc. I don't throw them in the dryer; they dry in a couple hours all by themselves. I don't know how many cycles I'll get, but I've already gotten my money's worth out of the first pack. Great product.

Standard but durable
Update: I've used these for a couple of months, several times a week. They have been washed around 10 times each in total. And still, they are holding up strong. I did have one start to tatter on one side but that is the one I only use on the tires. These are definitely worth the money unless you work on very expensive cars, if that's the case you might want something softer but for the average person, these will be fine. I use a couple of them to clean inside the house and they work great. These are standard quality for the price. They work great. I've used them with rubbing compound, cleaner wax, finishing wax, hardshell, and for rain-x applications. It works really nice for the rain-x much better than a fiber cloth even a quality one. Use these for the application process and save your quality clothes to wipe off whatever you use. I ordered a second set for rim and tire purposes. I'll update if they survive or not, I'm hopeful but not certain.

great size for horse tack cleaning and conditioning
I bought these pads to apply conditioner to my saddle and other tack and they work well. A bit stiff at first, but they limber up with some use. I had to find something inexpensive, because they do get filthy and you can't wash the condition out--and, because they're small enough to fit into the cleaning pouch I received with my saddle. They are soft and don't scratch my saddle--which is easily the most expensive leather object I own. They are small enough to wrap around reins and other small pieces of leather for conditioning. I'll buy more when these wear out.

Very useful, especially being washable and less than a buck each.
I just used these pads to apply ... and to buff off ... some NuFinish polish on my windshield. (Try it, rain beads right up and flies off the windshield! It's more durable than waxing the windshield and it's crystal-clear, no waxy buildup.)These pads are 4.5" in diameter, about 5/8" in thickness and they do NOT have any pockets (to slip your fingers in) as do some similar products.Still for small application and buff-over uses, these work just fine. They were "micro-fiber" enough so that they lifted the NuFinish completely off the windshield on the first pass. And if they don't hold up to too many washings, at 6 for $5, I will have gotten the money's worth out of them.

Outstanding applicator at a great price.
Viking Car Care Microfiber Applicator Pads is a quality product at a very reasonable price. The package contains six pads which is more than I needed, but the package will last me for years (so far I've only used one). The pads are well constructed, soft and sufficiently large to fit comfortably in your hand. This is a professional applicator and performs beautifully, and youcan't beat the price. I believe you will be as happy as I am. Buy with confidence.

Great, great, great
Funny enough, these are the first time I've used a product like this to apply wax even though I've been taking care of my cars for years. These worked great, are very reasonably priced (less than a back a piece as of this writing) even though the price went up slightly after I bought them, and just make life easier. I used the heck out of one to apply wax and as you can imagine it was soaked in the stuff. I sprayed some mild degreaser on it, then washed it lightly in the sink with laundry detergent to get the bulk of the wax off it. I then threw it in the washing machine with my car care towels. It held up fine in the wash. Great product, great price, and I'm buying more.

High Quality and Affordable
I would never personally use the foam applicator pads that come with popular car car products. Instead, use one of these. they are TERRIFIC for polishing, wax/sealant application, or anything where you need to apply pressure, but still want a soft surface material. I recently used these with the Ultimate Compound to remove hard water stains from the hood of the vehicle. I had to scrub at it to get the spot removed. The thicker microfiber sponges were just too soft a squishy for that kind of work. These applicator pads were PERFECT.My only complaint is that I didn't buy more of these initially.

As the description says these are great for applying wax
I hand polish and wax my car and have always used the trusty MF cloth but I thought I'd update my my car cleaning kit, if only slightly and pick up these applicators. As the description says these are great for applying wax, they offer good cutting and are easy to handle. As you might have guessed they aren't great to apply polish with because they become saturated and leave streaks. Their stitching seems to be reasonably well done and they are thicker than most bargain applicators. I hand washed them with dawn and then let them air dry and although they held up well they did lose some of their softness but not so much so that they would damage anything.I think I'll stick with microfiber cloths for the exterior and keep these around for interior cleaning duties.

Great value for a pack of 6 vs the pack ...
Great value for a pack of 6 vs the pack of 2. Microfiber is better than terry cloth just make sure there are no hard grain dirt on the pad before using them to avoid scratches. Recommended!
