The description of the item did not adequately describe the taste of this vinegar. I decided to chance it anyways and was disappointed that it was not what I was looking for. It tasted good just not what I wanted. Also the price was much too high for a mere 3.38 fl. oz. If it had the taste that I was looking for I wouldn't have minded so much. It came extremely well packaged.

Nice, high end balsamic. It comes with a pouring spout while nice, it doesn't close allowing this valuable balsamic to evaporate.

Dodi balsamic vinegars are a work of art and are the best that I have tasted.Thick, syrupy, and concentrated flavors. Mainly a sweet flavorful balsamic vinegar with a slight vinegary taste component.This is the real thing!

This stuff is amazing. We originally purchased it in a shop in Rome. It make she everything you using it on amazing. Really AMAZING! It's become my husband's secret ingredient when he cooks. I was so thrilled when I found it on amazon. Thanks.

We originally purchsed this balsamic in Italy, and searched for it over and over after we got home, trying to purchase it here. In the meanwhile we bought a $75 bottle from williams sonoma, and were horribly disappointed. This is best on simple food, like a caprese salad. A must try!

The best balsamic - super thick and delicious. Hard not to use it on everything.
