Q: Do you have to use the entire can all at once? How do you store what you don't use---I don't want to waste it.

I only use a teaspoon or 2 at a time. It is very concentrated. Taste as you cook. I store unused in the freezer with a plastic top. I thaws out within an hour hour or two. Try the tomato version, it’s good too.
