Exactly what I was looking for - something just like what I had in high school to play girls lacrosse, but more comfortable - nothing too fancy. Boil water, remove from boil, dip mouth guard, count to 7, dip in ice water, mold to mouth! I actually cut mine after molding it once and remolded - it is a perfect fit! I Coach middle school so I ordered 2 packs so I have 3 extras on hand in case any of my girls forget theirs. The cost made it easy to foot the bill! I highly recommend this product - it is very comfortable!

Hey fellow football, basketball, soccer, and other athletes that require a mouthguard. I rated this 5 stars because of a couple reasons.1. Price. Many mouthguards are very expensive. Me being a college student, I count every penny.2.I have probably ran through 10 mouthguards and I end up not wearing them because its to hard to breathe or to bulky or goes to deep in my throat.3. this mouth guard is small, but you know it works when someone hits me in basketball and I bite down and feel nothing.4. I have 2 veneers(basically a fake tooth) in my mouth (front 2 teeth) and this is when I struck gold with this mouthguard because it comes in and out easy and protects the teeth very well.5. I also need to wear a bite guard or retainer every night and when I have a sleepover and have my gym bag, I always use my mouthguard at night if I don't have my retainer.6. the only downfall is it might be hard to talk in, but it is hard to talk with any type of mouthguard in your mouth. This mouthguard being less bulky makes it easier to talk in than other bulky mouthguards.

My daughter lost her professionally made mouth guard for softball and we needed something quick to take it's place. She has a small mouth and refuses to wear the bulky ones. We ordered this and got it in two days. She molded it to her teeth and liked the way it fit. I'm sure it does not offer the protection of the bulkier mouthpieces but it is better than nothing at all.

Got this as a preventative for my teeth breaking from clenching in my sleep. My dentist made guard hurt more than helped...too hard. This thing is a great substitute. Less headaches on waking, hoping for no more broken teeth...that is expensive!

I have worn lots of mouth pieces for various sports. This one is by far the most comfortable. It molds very easily to every curve in your teeth and gums. The fit is very form fitting and secure. The bite-down is firm yet has enough softness to provide plenty of cushion for impacts. And the great things is, you get two mouth pieces for a very reasonable price.*Update*I had to ditch this mouthpiece and give it 3 stars after being hit in the jaw a few too many times. This mouthpiece is fine for light punching and jiu jitsu. It doesn't offer enough protection against hard punches.

Primarily used for weight lifting. Works great & as stated...I can utilize my drink bottle without removal of mouth guard...(drinking spout made it easier).
