Excellent cheap investment for college!
It works perfectly. The only thing for which I would take a star is the fact that it takes a whole day to update the laptop, you have to update windows too and the bios had to be updated as well. Other than that, it's great!Pros:- Snappy for it's price- Screen is incredibly bright, way beyond what I had expected- No bloatware except for maybe Alexa but that can be uninstalled quickly- I can run MGTA maxed out at 1080P and it runs pretty well (Had to test the GPU hah)- Surprisingly well built except for the front edges which feel a little sharp but it's passable for the price- Is not a fingerprint magnet!!Meh:- After updates, installing office and college apps, you end up with 150GBs~- If you want to update Windows and the bios, you have to lose the windows S mode (doesn't really impact the performance to be honest)Cons:- Touchpad has a certain click sound when I tap it (not click it) that feels almost like if it's loose but when you check real close is NOT. Feels weird at first but if you mess around enough with the touchpad it feels solid (it has a mechanical click function which also feels pretty solid)- Computer seems to get a little bit hot when running CPU intensive tasks (relative to its CPU), such as playing MGTA while listening to a youtube music video- Keyboard feels a little bit chunky at first but the tactile feeling when using it compensates the fact that it's a little bit bigger than what I would've preferred- I knew the speakers weren't going to be great and I was spot on. Although they get loud, the sound is just not right. I thought of this in advance and added a pair of apple's earpods with the 3.5MM plug solely for thisCan't think of anything else really important, it covers everything I needed. I only wish it had a backlit keyboard but at this price you really can't complain for what you get.

Nice product but bloat ware everywhere
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed a budget computer but one that was workable and had enough RAM to run Windows 11 home edition. I uninstalled the bloat ware that I didn't need which is what you have to do if you're planning on running Windows 11 on an older model laptop. Windows 11 is full of bloat ware but you have to decide what parts of Windows 11 you need.

Definitely worth the money!!
I was so undecided as well as nervous picking out a new computer. I didn't know where to start. Went to some stores, fiddled with some on display and got a feel for size, keyboard performance, speeds, layout, and whatnot. Then came to how much and what each ram and gig storage was. Googled reviews on some I narrowed down to 3 and compared everything to prices. This computer was at my price point and provided the necessary amount of everything I needed for school and work. The battery life is amazing...but it's also still new, it immediately loads and connects, Internet browsing is seamless, it's light weight and easy to carry around. The screen size isn't too big or too small, watching movies and videos with no issues. I love this computer and am so glad I purchased it. Well worth the money! The only two issues I would change but not anything I'd send back and cry about are the volume is a bit low and the charging connection. I'm not a fan of the tiny little connector as my clumsy a$$ would probably bend it and ruin it. But otherwise now I'm just super vigilant to it and have adapted to being more cautious around it.

Minor hardware issues (wifi adapter, USB ports) - otherwise a decent laptop
Decent laptop for the price. Overall am happy with it. Key issues are with the hardware:-there are only 2 USB ports, one on the left and one on the right. I had to buy an external USB port hub to be able to use more than one external device-the wifi adapter is pretty crappy and it stops working frequently. Like, a lot. Which means no internet at all when it stops working .I bought an external wifi adapter for $20, which solves the problem (except it takes up one of the USB ports and there are only 2). Sometimes the troubleshooter is able to restart the wifi adapter, and sometimes I have to restart the laptop entirely. So far one of these options works. I had the same issue with my previous laptop, which was a slightly older version of this same laptop.Basically set aside some extra money to purchase supplemental hardware and a wifi adapter because they will intermittently stop working. If I'd known I would have purchased another laptop. Since this is the main problem so far and I've been able to work around it, and aside from this the laptop has been good, I've given it 4 stars.

.Crashing constantly......Refurbished.... not New...I paid for new..
This was supposed to bbe new...It doesn't say anywhere that it isn't. Now I can't get a refund or a new computer. It keeps crashing, and losing network connection, while other devices are still connected. I tried resetting, restoring, and all of the steps support said and it's still doing the samething. False Advertising.

Super nice little laptop
I've never owned a laptop, had built my own desktop monster PC back in 2007 that has been upgraded over the years to include a SSD, high end graphics card, 3 TB RAID array, and all sorts of extras.Needed a laptop to do remote work, almost bought a Lenovo at a big box store, but decided to see what Amazon had available and found this one. This one has twice the storage capacity and 12 GB of memory instead of only 8 that the big box store had for pretty much the same price.Very happy with the purchase, so far this little guy has performed flawlessly and it's very fast, faster than my beast of a home built machine that was once cutting edge and blazing fast.
