Based on the price... It's not bad but it makes sense that product died out very quick within 3 months... Id recommend spending more and getting a better one instead.

Broke at 32 days.
Won’t cook to 0. The timer goes to 1 or 1.5 and stops and I never know which it’ll be, so food isn’t cooked correctly. The basket tray will not lie flat. Very crooked. Food slips and bunches up. Customer support has asked for 5 different receipts, serial number that doesn’t exist, videos and repeatedly told me to contact Amazon. It’s over 30 days, Amazon is done I keep telling them. They keep sending emails that they didn’t get my correct receipts, I resend the same thing and then they ask for something else, etc.
