The price is pretty good to get your record player going.
It's good for brand new Denon record players. The FM is a little hard to change channel to channel. The AC cord is kind of short, but I prefer that to an AC transformer. It sounds good. I did not see any left to right switch for the speakers. I wish they had a more expensive model of this which had an old fashion dial tuner. I have no gripes against the price as this solved my matching issues.I was going to buy a modern stereo to plug into but I do not like finding stations digitally. The old way was much easier with a tuner and a dial. I do not care how much money that you spend on a stereo it is still a pain to not to be able to dial in the station yourself. So that is the reason I bought this instead of upgrading my equipment.

How to connect to the Bluetooth
It would not connect to Bluetooth. I followed the directions and set the receiver to bluetooth. Then you go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and look for LDZS. I scrolled through all available Bluetooth connections and there wasn't any LDZS listed. Being that I mainly bought this receiver for its Bluetooth capabilities, I returned it as defective and received another one. It did the same thing. No LDZS listed for available Bluetooth connections. So, I scrolled through all the available Bluetooth connections on my phone and found a new one listed that wasn't there before. It was listed as BT-298A. I clicked on it to pair the device and it immediately connected to the receiver via bluetooth. I'm just letting people know who are having trouble connecting to bluetooth. Look for the BT-298A device to connect to the Bluetooth on your phone.

Noisy, frustrating interface, wish I returned it.
Looking for replacement amplifier for garage speakers, I purchased this for its compact case, FM radio and bluetooth capabilities. The overall sound is okay but for my needs it was unusable.1. The Bluetooth connection is okay but extremely noisy. I could not get the unit far enough away or isolated from anything that could have caused interference.2. The radio is useless. I've had cheap scan-only radios before but didn't think that lame tech would be inside of a component unit. The only way to listen to radio stations is to have it scan the entire frequency range which automatically saves receptive stations into consecutive presets. The first problem is that FM reception on this unit it terrible, which means it saves a lot of frequencies that are just noise or even nothing. The next problem is that it wouldn't even pick up frequencies from what are normally extremely strong and very close transmission antennas. While you can [try to] tune in directly to a specific station with the remote control, there is no way to save specific stations to a preset.3. The remote is almost impossible to work with the unit. I don't know if something else is interfering the the IR signal or if the tech is just that lame.Unfortunately, I didn't finish testing the unit until after my return window closed. I would have definitely returned it otherwise.

Missing Remote
I did not receive a remote with my order. I was offered a replacement but don’t want to mess with returns. It has become a very unsatisfactory experience. Amazon offered a free replacement then emailed me I had to return the original order or be charged. So I had to cancel the replacement order. Hope it works out now that they have created a bigger mess. All of which I tried to avoid by saying upfront I don’t want to mess with a return!!!I will say I like the amplifier and do not have any issues with the unit. It sounds good with no humming or distortion using Bluetooth. That is the only reason for 3 stars instead of 1 or 2
