I got it as a way to dress up a geneology book I made as a present, so I didn't use the paper inside (though it looked really nice and my wife kept it for future crafts). But even knowing that I was just going to take out all the paper, I was thrilled with this product, because it did make a nice cover that brought a unique vintage feel to the geneology book.

I was amazed at the high quality of this item. Highly recommended for someone that wants a unique gift for the note taker of the family. The very soft leather will sure last a life time and be a companion for lasting memories. I will be using this as a daily planner which will definitely will need a refill soon. As of now not sure where can I get a refill of the same paper that comes with it but any how what ever I decide to refilled it with will definitely look great and unique.

This is absolutely wonderful and just as shown on pictures! I got the smaller one and loved it so much I ordered two more; one extra for me and one as a gift. The leather is very well crafted and sown. The pages are thick, but soft to the touch, and do not bleed through just as advertised. They are unruled, but fear not my little neat freaks, because if you look closely at the page the very canvas texture of it will keep your writing steady and prevent slanted writing, fading back out of view when you lean out. Definitely recommend it.

well contracted and quite attractive

Perfect for a grimoire, Book of Shadows, collection of writings and artwork, which is what I am using it for.

This is a beautifully constructed book. The cover is soft, and the hand made paper is wonderful. I plan to turn this into the old journal of a dead monster hunter, a physical prop for a role playing game, something the players can hold in their hands. It will take some time to fill all of the pages, but that's part of the fun for me. Once they have it, they can search through it for information about whatever case they're working on at the time. See the Supernatural TV series for an example of something like this.
