I really really wanted to give this 5 stars and until I used it for coffee I would have, for cold drinks this is fantastic, works really well, keeps it cold for a good while and the top seals well and is indeed leak proof. Now for the disappointing bit.. don't use this for hot drinks... it will yeet it's self off the table and the lid will fly off spilling your drink everywhere. I've tried this out 3 times and every time even when it was 2 thirds full it burst open when filled with hot liquids. It made me laugh though coz it jumps when it pops and trows it's self on the floor. Kinds dangerous with hot stuff but really nice with cold drinks

This mug was amazing. Kept my drinks still scalding hot for a few hours after making. Perfect size for a morning coffee at the office. Very good.However. After about 2 months of being used once every other day, the seal in the top of the flask has started to wear out? The lid doesn't seal anymore and pops loose constantly. While I can screw it 'shut' just before the moment it loosens again and can retain most fluid in the flask, it does still leak a little now.Pretty dissappointed really. I was really happy with this flask as not only was it easy to clean, but also didn't have an awful dip in the mouth other easy clean flasks have. But sadly, it doesn't seal shut anymore so I can't praise this flask as highly. Great for home use, unable to use when travelling now.

Bought this as I just took delivery of my new Nespresso Vertuo machine which dispenses larger coffees, this cup has sufficient capacity to take the largest Alto capsules and room for milk.The cup itself is solid and well made and manages to keep my large coffee nice and hot for a couple of hours, so good to have in the home office in the morning.The only feedback I would give is perhaps it could do to be slightly wider, this would allow it to sit in my cars coffee cup holder better - which would also in turn allow me to clean it more easily as it is a squeeze to get my hand in to wash it out.Other than that a very good cup for the money and the larger capacity and ability to keep me drink warm ensures I have a hot drink throughout the morning.

Initially I loved this mug. Kept my coffee sufficiently warm for a reasonable period, was easy to clean and I liked the simple design and look. At just under £23 (now appears to be £13.99) it was not cheap but did feel reasonably good quality. It was purchased in November but not used till late February. However after approximately 6 weeks of light use I was finding it difficult to tighten the lid. The last straw was when on 2 consecutive attempts to use the cup with hot liquid, the lid popped off of its own accord. It was extremely fortunate that on both occasions the cup was unattended and sitting on a table or there could have been a serious chance of injury by scalding. I now cannot and will not use this product on safety grounds. I would have made contact direct with the seller to discuss before posting this review but don’t seem to have that facility. As a result I would appreciate some sort of contact from the seller to discuss. If you purchase this product and experience difficulty in securing the lid then be aware it may pop off!!!!

I'm absolutely disgusted by this product. I thought I was buying a quality product going by what it says on the description, but after just one use i mwan just one use its already broken. I almost scalded myself with hot coffee using thus item because the lid doesn't lock/close properly. It comes off and I was only lucky i didn't burn myself with hot beverage. How am I supposed to use it without the lid ? I do not have money to throw away so I want a refund on this item. I can send it back but I have already discarded the original packaging as I wasn't expecting it to be of low quality. Please respond ASAP.

I loved it amazing. It not too big so I can fit it into my bag and it keeps everything warm and it doesn’t spill

This mug does what it says - it is great at keeping drinks hot. But the lid is really tricky to screw on, it pops off, I've had coffee leak out the side of the seal several times. And the lip on the lid is so deep you have to tip your head all the way back to get the last of your drink. I wouldn't buy it again.

Very happy, good quality well priced, looks smart, hardwearing not cheap materials.It can leak a little bit if knocked over or laid down so just be awareStill very happy and would recommend
