If you know pasta, you know there are certain criteria for a good pasta. Bronze die cut, low temp dried, quality semolina and spring water. No chemicals!The Delverde brand came highly recommended by an Italian chef I follow on social media. Definitely not the least expensive, but the flavor and feel are well worth it.

I really liked the way this pasta absorbed the flavor of the sauce. They were easy to tell when they were cooked and they tasted great!!

This is a high quality brand of pasta. It is difficult to find in stores, but worth getting!
