Great phone so far. Transferring data was fast and easy. Phone performs great. Very happy with this purchase

Haven't tried all the functions yet but the phone seems to work as new, no carrier bloatware and only minor signs of previous use. It doesn't come with any accessories but does have the generic charger. The phone registered on my network right away and does seem to be factory unlocked.I never had Note 20 to tell if the battery life is as new, but my older Note had a similar battery life. S pen Bluetooth functions work as well. Given the price difference it is a great deal and I actually wonder why pay more!

The phone was exactly as described, it's absolutely a wonderful phone unfortunately I have to return it because it will not work with my carrier. Otherwise I would never have returned it because it's a gorgeous phone, works great just not with my carrier is all. And so far the return process has been very responsive, I'll update my review once I have returned the phone and received a refund.

In under a month, the phone began showing signs of a bad battery. Worked fine for a week or so, but it wasn’t until I’d integrated all my data and info and got comfortable with my new phone when it started charging way too slow. At some point it was as if the phone was charging the house. I used different cords and boxes that worked fine on other devices but not on this one. It was the phone. Eventually no charger could charge it and it got so bad that it would not turn back on even after being plugged in for enough time.By this point I had went too long without a phone since my old one got stolen, so to avoid the hassle of browsing for a different one, I exchanged this bad phone for another one JUST to experience the same problem again in under a month. I wanted so badly not to have to return this and find another, so I even went as far as to buy a wireless charger. Although it worked like a charm for a while, it only prolonged the inevitable. Now as I type this my phone is sitting on the wireless charger after about 10 hours with LESS battery life than when I placed it on there, saying “3h 5m until full.”Im not usually so harsh, but a few other reviews are saying their phones were reported STOLEN when they tried to get a data plan. Kind of triggering for me given that phone thieves are the reason I’m in this extremely inconvenient and costly chain of events, having to scratch up a few hundred dollars after I just paid off a perfectly fine phone just to land an older defective one with a bad fingerprint reader twice in a row.Please think twice about purchasing from this seller. Functionality is just great, but what does that matter if the thing won’t stay on?

Just had the phone for one day and it seems a bit messed up. Will wait a few more days before making a decision on keeping it or not updated kept the phone for 2 weeks to see if it was any good SMH Noo. Doesn't get service ,back light keep going bright than dark and now the volume button is hard to work . Will not recommend this phone to anyone . The style of the phone is beautiful although mines came with a Little crack ( could've been the amazon driver or warehouse worers) . The style of the phone is beautiful though.
