SO MUCH BETTER than 5-10 mg and don't wake up groggy in morning.
LOVE these. Used to use regular 5mg (1-2 tabs per night), which would let me sleep pretty well but would be drowsy/sluggish the next morning and day. Decided to try the lower dosage slow release and it is SO MUCH BETTER than higher dosage and I don't wake up feeling groggy in the morning. Good night's sleep with them too.

Helps me sleep through the night!
This has been my new go-to sleep medicine. I tried using regular 1mg melatonin, but woke up after 4 hours. The extended release of this medicine keeps me asleep for a good 7-8 hours. A bonus when ADHD brain and postmenopausal hot flashes keep trying to wake me up!

4 orders over year and half. 3 different products
No idea what is going on with the quality control on this product. Two years ago the product tasted and looked very different. The second bottle i got seemed like something changed as the texture and taste was slightly different, and now a third bottle the texture and taste is VERY different. Now it was a lot more chalky .The ingredients on the labels looked identical so no idea why it is so different. The first two bottles at least the sleep felt the same. Sleep has been much worse on this third bottle.So i don't know how much i trust this product with such big changes to the product and nothing being reflected on the packaging.You're milage may vary

Fast acting, works well
The chewable/sublingual tablets make for quick absorption. 3 mg seems to be the optimum dose for letting me fall asleep faster. The taste is good enough that (as with all meds) you'll want to keep them away from children.
