It looks really great. Bright, cheerful, modern. No problem with assembly or missing parts.Prompt delivery. I put another piece of sponge on top cut to cover full seating area in matching color red made out of an Amazon brushed cotton fitted sheet. It may not be needed, but I thought it would last longer due to the fact it's on average about half the price of other sofa beds I looked at. (£800 min) It's easy to pull out. Dont know about sleep quality yet but guests use it occasionally and I look at it all the time; so I'm liking what I see. The cloth is attractive linen look.

This sofa was advertised as 'No assembly required.' It came in a very large cardboard box totally not assembled. I chose this sofa because of no assembly, being 80 years old and living in a small bungalow. I had to assemble with help from my wife and it was not easy.The sofa is of reasonable quality for the price. Easy to make into a bed. The foam seat are of single piece foam and very firm to sit/sleep on. My daughter who has used the sofa said the sleeping comfort was good and had a good nights rest.Again be aware you will have to assemble completely.

Been needing to replace an old beat up Futon we've had for over 10 years and hunted high and low for a large enough 2 Seater that could fulfil when we have guests over etc, this futon fulfils those needs and then some, very spacious and lovely to sit on, very deep seat and is comfortable for all needs.The futon DOES not come assembled, you will have to assemble yourself but if you take your time it is up and ready in about 20 mins, my hand was injured and i had an issue with my grip but i managed to assemble with ease, please bare in mind that there are no pre-drilled holes for the wheels and any "Wood" screws you have will need screwing in with a bit of force, take your time as these can snap but i managed it and assembled and positioned to a spot i wanted.All in all good quality and the cost was worth the money compared to their more expensive versions that would be very similar in quality in my opinion, very happy!!!

The sofa-bed was good at first, firm and fit for the purpose for someone to sleepover, but 3months after, the seat just dipped down. Springs can be felt and it is not feasible for anyone to sit or sleep on.The customer service was appalling as we contacted amazon first, they stated that the seller needed to be contacted. The seller then stated that Amazon needs to contacted so we had been passed around like a yo-yo.Nobody was happy to assist!Having to look for another QUALITY replacement and dispose of this one. Waste of money and not worth buying, especially with the poor after sales service.We didn't even get a year's full of usage out of it.

The product looks excellent once it has been put together. Instructions could be better.

Good for the money but not easy to assemble. Definitely a 2 man job to support the sofa when getting screws in. The holes for the screws are not pre- drilled so it is really difficult to get them in.Easy to use the sofa bed and it looks good once assembled.

Once assembled, I was very pleased with this sofa. I don't know what to say about durability yet. But it's comfortable, easy to turn it into a bed or make it bigger to watch TV more comfortably.The only problem is the assembly instructions, which are bad, which is why 4 stars.Exceeded my expectations.

I wanted a sofa for a spare bedroom I had changed into a cinema room, but also wanted the room to be usable for friends or family when they stayed the night. This sofa bed is perfect for that. The mechanism is very strong and pulls out and pushes back very easily. I normally leave the back upright and have the bottom pulled out so I can sit and watch movies with my feet up, which is very comfortable. The material is quite thin but I have seen no signs of wear or creasing after the 6 months I have had it, and it is used a few times each week. The only downside to this sofa bed is that if I was having to sleep on it every night, I think it would eventually start to hurt my back as when pulled out into a bed it doesn't have as much support as a normal bed and mattress has. With that being said, it is more than comfortable enough for a one night sleepover. I have still gave this sofa bed a 5 star rating though, as even with the slight lack of comfort when sleeping on it, I wouldn't expect anyone buying this, to be using it as a bed every night.
