Good product and excellent customer service
Original review: I bought this for a three-week cycle touring holiday in Spain. While it seems well-made and is nice and compact, I found that the USB-C plug didn't work consistently, which was extremely unfortunate as it's the one I needed to charge my phone.When the USB-C plug was the only one in use, the power seemed to keep cutting in and out - my phone switched from charging to not-charging every couple of seconds. Bizarrely, it would occasionally work properly when another device was plugged into one of the other USB plugs.Edit: the company reached out to me (despite it being 2 months after purchase) to replace my faulty plug with one that seems to be working perfectly. They also gave the option of a full refund if I didn't want a replacement. Very impressed :)

Excellent device.We used to take a number of converters abroad but not now. We take this one and use only 1 plug. Very convenient and saves space in your luggage.Charges devices swiftly.Great value for moneyVery happy and would recommend

Great for travel
I bought a lencent US travel adapter and used it in vietnam recently was brilliant able to charge phone, watch, ring, etc off one plug

Used in Norway
I used this plug for my trip to Norway and I can confirm it does work in their sockets as of August 2022. I didn't even need to use all of the ports as it has so many. All seemed to charge well, not quite as quick as at home, but still quick enough! It was fine to put in my hand baggage too and I didn't notice it get hot either while charging. Hopefully I'll be able to use it on many other journeys around the world!
