Bought these because if great reviews. I honestly overlooked the fact that most of the 4-5 star reviews were from people who recieved these at a discount. I paired them up as soon as I opened them to my galaxy s5. The music sounded great and even talking to my dad sounded good. During these tests my phone was out on my end table. The next day I was excited to try them for the reason I got them. Driving in my work van. Calling a fellow coworker and his exact words were "I sound horrible." Once I stopped I called my wife since I was out of the van. She could hear me, but she sounded electronic to me. So by now I figured it sounded good with music so I'll keep them for music. With my phone in my pocket it acted as though it had a poor connection to the headset. Songs were skipping and very annoying. I don't usually write reviews and amazon is about the easiest place to do refunds and returns, but I don't want people to have to go through that.

Have to only give these 2 stars for the only things they did well. Fit and sound quality. After reading the so called "real" customer reviews, I ordered a pair and sad to say I was really disappointed. I bought these earphones because I exercise and needed for them to stay in my ears and wanted to do away with the wires. The sound from my apple earphones was ok, but always fell from my ears during any movement. Exercising for me now is just walking, slightly above a stroll and hopefully soon jogging. Bought these earphones for good sound (check), no wires (check), stays in my ears (check). Good product right????? WRONG!!! Created worse issues than they solved. Bluetooth connectivity was horrible. Product boasts 10 meter Bluetooth connectivity, that's OVER 30 feet, u can look it up. Haven't measured the distance from my pocket to my ears but can pretty much guarantee its a lot less than 30 feet. Sound is amazing but connectivity fades in and out like the songs are skipping. Didn't expect perfection but do at least want to hear at least 1 song without connectivity issue and I am only walking right now and is even an issue sitting still at times. Also product says at least 6 hours of listening to music after 2 hours of charging, which is fully charged according to the product description. I got just under 2 1/2 hours. Sad to say I was excited about these earphones when I bought them but I'm glad I registered for the warranty and kept my receipt. I'm hoping I have a defective pair because, like I said, sound Quality was great, but......defeats the purpose if u can't hear 1 song all the way through without the song skipping or fading in an out.Really the only issue with my Apple earphones was them staying in my ears while walking at least I could hear a COMPLETE song and would last longer than 2 1/2 hour if I chose to listen that long. Sorry 2Twelve just giving my HONEST review but your product has shown to be only one thing. Wireless Phone Accessory!! Already have wireless accessories for my ears, I call them earrings. I have touched base with 2Twelve and hope they stand behind their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Even after this HONEST review and if it gets posted. Still have time on the warranty only been a week since a reply. Crossing my fingers. Ref

Sound great, long battery life, easy to operate. I use them mostly at work and they are very effective at blocking out other sounds. I have used them for running a few times, no slippage and no degradation in function. Great product.

have to return it because it cuts all the time, couldn't use it will my polar heart rate monitor connected to the same phone because of the bad signal.they are confortable and isolate sound well

This product exceeds my expectations. I normally don't complete reviews unless I have something worth reporting (and would appreciate if others reported to me). For headphones under $30, I did not expect much. The sound quality is on point (including bass and clear mid and highs). The setup is a snap...plus a one year warranty? This one is definitely worth it. You will be pleased. I may buy one for each of my family members.

Bought these headphones as a present, she had never had a pair of wireless headphones but has really enjoyed these. Plenty of volume, good sound quality and as of now stay out while she runs. We were worried at first about the size of the earphones but they are extremely light and it hasn't been an issue.

I am thoroughly enjoying the headset. The sound is great and pairing it up with my iphone went flawlessly. The headset earbuds are very comfortable to wear and don't fall out of my ears.

Broke after using it 3 times. The ear pieces are uncomfortable and made my ear ache after wearing for a couple minutes. It could barely stay connected to my ipod, it'd go in and out. The charge was awful, I could spend 3 hours charging it and end up using it for only 20 minutes
