We had one chair start to unravel within a day. Now we have several that are unraveling. They are not repairable. At this rate we will need to replace them all by next season. It was a waste of money.

I love the chairs, they are exactly what I wanted for my terrace, however, I didn't realize I was purchasing seconds or damaged goods. Three out of four of the chairs some sort of damage. From visible scuffs to the frames, to mismatched hardware, to unraveling seats.

These chairs arrived well packed and in perfect condition. They are exactly what I wanted for my small patio table. We will add cushions when sitting in them, but they are averagely comfortable without cushions. Good quality for the price--I'm very pleased.I'm updating this review and downgrading to one star because after using the chairs for only a couple of weeks, two of them started coming apart (the plastic weave in the seats and arms). Amazon instructed me to contact the company --FLASH FURNITURE--directly because it had been more than 30 days. (We stored the chairs in our garage for the first two weeks because it was too cold out to use them on our deck.) We have hardly used them at all, and the company has a one-year warranty on "all other parts" than the metal parts. I spoke with a pleasant man at the company who said he felt I had a good case for a refund or chair replacement. He told me who to e-mail directly. I've sent two e-mails, and FLASH FURNITURE has not bothered to answer either one. I've waited long enough to give them a fair chance to make this right. They did not. DO NOT buy these chairs! They look nice at first, but they come apart when you actually try to sit in them. They are no longer safe. Neither my husband nor I weighs more than 170 pounds, so weight was not the issue. I'm terribly disappointed in the chairs, but even more so in the total lack of customer service from FLASH FURNITURE.

I read the other reviews about these chairs and took a chance. They are very well made, but they are kind of small for people 5'8" and above, and contrary to the reviews about weight, I wouldn't want to use above 200 lbs. The seat is low, and there isn't much arm rest on them. I tried sitting upright, as if to be at a table, and it sort of works if you aren't going to spend a lot of time sitting in them if you are dining. They definitely are not for lounging and the front bar of the seat will start to be uncomfortable against the back of your thighs. Since they are already low, and not for long-term sitting, a pillow is just going to make you feel higher in the chair but not much more comfortable. But here's the good news, they are light-weight, stackable and will be used in a small courtyard/patio for short periods of use when we have guests.

I liked the look of these chairs and they were comfortable to sit in. But they didn’t hold up to the desert heat. I set them up in March and in July they all started to break and unravel. Now 7 of the 12 chairs are completely broken. They are partially shaded half of the day and fully shaded the other half. Very unfortunate. Wouldn’t buy again or recommend since you can’t get your money’s worth out of them.

Best lawn chair for the money. Arrived in a big box with protection on the metal parts. Great looking and comfortable. I bought these to replace another set of chairs that didn't last two years. One rubber piece on the bottom of one leg was missing. I called the number on the box and they are sending a set of four. Very pleased.When you buy a product from Amazon, it should be delivered on time, safely packed, and be exactly what you expected. Should something be wrong (like a little plastic piece on the leg) be missing, a phone call should fix the problem immediately. Can't ask for better than that.

The chairs are lite and look nice but, they hardly lasted. They got put outside in June and began falling apart when we had company on Labor day weekend. The heaviest person who sat on them was 215 pounds, so not over the weight it claims it holds. Also, the wraps on the chair arms also started unravelling. Unfortunately we bought a second set of these chairs at a lot more expensive price than the first ones which was before we knew they had issues. Only 2 of the 8 haven't come apart yet because they were used the least.

I bought these to use as outdoor chairs for our fire pit. The chairs are sturdy, attractive, and surprisingly comfortable for what they are. We are happy with the purchase.

They are light and sturdy and slim-looking. Comfortable to sit on. They can easily be moved from one place to another. I now place them in the reading corner in my living room. I can easily move them to my patio when I have afternoon tea with my friends.

They are falling apart!!! Only my husband and I for occasional sitting on balcony. We've had for about a month ... Bought 4 chairs. All but one is starting to unravel. Advertised as "restaurant sturdy". How do I get my money back???

I ordered these chairs for myself because of the size and that they stack. I'm under 5 feet tall and this is a chair that I can sit on and touch the ground. The quality is top notch in fact I may order more of them. Definitely recommend them.

Love this set. I bought it to replacean old one that was similar. I like theblack ( my old set was brown ). Thechairs are comfy & the table is a good size. Sturdy set & not cheap looking.

These chairs are a wonderful addition to my backyard. I am so impressed.
