I accidentally ordered two so I gave one to my mum too. My mum commented that it would be better with a lid as food waste smells. I agree, but I care more about the space saving, I empty the bins every other day so smell isn't an issue.It's collapsible and folds out of the way (folds up really small, a few centimetres. The folding element is thick rubber which seems secured well to the plastic.It has a (tiny) storage compartment for extra bin bags. You can only fit about 3 small bin bags in it though so while it's a nice feature it's a bit pointless. I'm using to to store 3 'emergency' bin bags for if I run out on the main roll.It has a removable grey lip on the front. This isn't mentioned and when it came off I thought I broke it, but it's actually to secure over the edge of the bin bag. Works well but needs adding to the product description. My mum thought she broke hers off too so threw the lip away.It hangs from cupboard doors or draws to free up floor and cupboard space, big selling point for me with a small kitchen. Also means I don't have to bend over to deposit food in the small caddy the council provide.I would advise you to measure before purchasing and check that you have somewhere it will fit because it can't hang over door/drawer handles, it has to be flush against the vertical and not overlapping any cupboards or draws below.

Not a bad little bin it looks nice and fits nicely onto the outside of a cupboard door ( it doesn’t fit on the inside) however it’s not what I was looking for, for my static caravan as it stands a few inches away from the door and in a cramped kitchen would constantly be getting in the way. Back to the drawing board for me!

Very smart item. Prompt delivery. I gave it 4 stars as the little holder at the bottom is not big enough to hold a roll of compactor sacks, makes the holder a bit pointless.

This is a great little bin for food waste, we recycle and it is much neater and cleaner that the one we received for kitchen waste. I also like that it has a space for the food waste bags no more hunting in the cupboard for them. Would definitely recommend it.

It is a really cleaver neat and tidy device. It looks nice hanging on the door and is surprisingly useful. I use it for any food waste and things like kitchen towels that are degradable. I feel the inside needs a little further thinking through as it has lots of bits that stick out so food can get caught in it, even with a bag inside. And a catch to put the bag around would really help as otherwise the bag gets untucked. These are small points though, it is a great addition to the kitchen.

Not a great product flimsy and broke within a week

This is perfect and prevents the smells from a large bin in the kitchen

Utter rubbish, it broke after a couple of uses and could no longer be hung over the door so rendered it useless
