Overall works well. The mounts are wood and prone to split, but so far have held up ok. Not the easiest to stack or stow.

Make this yourself!..I can't believe I paid over $50 for it!!! The design is simple and should be efficient but they must hire some kids in the neighborhood to make these. I am returning this and do not recommend it for anyone.First off... It (at least the one I and at least one other reviewer got) doesn't fit! The little wood blocks meant to center and keep it in place in the frame, on one of the deck panels are 3/16" too far apart to fit inside the frame rails. The method they have for actually attaching it to the frame (should you need to) is a joke as well. No way to tighten the nuts as the bolts are not fastened to the deck and just spin around with the nut... and you can't access the bolts to hold them without cutting out the "carpet" to get to the bolt head. I don't need or want it semi-permanently attached so even if it worked I would just tighten the brackets to keep them out of the way... and I can't even do that.If you want full decking you either must have the cart fully extended or at one of the two lengths of deck that make up the full length. (It comes in two pieces.)Once you know your optimum extension for what you carry most, you can make your own deck(s) "carpeted" or not, for a fraction of the cost.I put up with the bad welds on the cart itself (I actually cut myself on a burr sticking out from one weld) because the cart works...and the design is efficient, but I believe that this decking must be an afterthought add-on is just a waste of my money.

Makes moving my music gear a pleasure. Thoughtfully designed, folds open and closed quickly and easily. Large wheels are great for grassy, gravel or uneven surfaces. Well with the price. Much better than" freight store knockoffs.

Not happy! Screws dont lock just keep turning.

Along with the Rock n Roller cart this is the best purchase I have made in months. I used my cart for one gig (wedding) and it was so much easier than a hand cart. Using the expandable wood deck kit, i was able to transport 2 speakers, 2 turntables in cases, a mixer in a case, and several bags, including the speaker stand bag on top. I am so happy with the roller and expanded deck that I just ordered the top shelf. If you bought the cart, I highly recommend the shelf for stability and more surface area.

For my use, this is practically essential to have with the cart as I don't want the stuff I'm transporting to fall through. I gave it 4 stars as it doesn't always go on too easily...also, it is largely just pressboard, so probably could have made for less.

I am a product vendor required to travel to display and sell my products. I ordered this to make transporting easy... I just love this item, the quality for the money is excellent and design is great...
