Let me count the ways.The first design flaw is the set up booklet. It measures 5.5x3.5 inches. The illustrations and print are so small as to be unreadable by anyone over the age of 40.Second: the English translation is so poor as to be unreadable by anyone. I can't comment on the Spanish translation, since my Spanish isn't good enough to judge.Third: The stand to hold it doesn't work because my dashboard is a textured surface. The suction cup won't stick. I'm driving a Prius C, so this is neither and exotic or rare vehicle. Effectively, any one driving a Toyota product will find this problem (hello, market research??)Fourth: Prius C again. The angle of my windshield makes it physically impossible (can't get my hand behind the thing to set the seal) to install the holder low enough on the outside edge so as not to create a HUGE blindspot. The size of the implement makes this problematic no matter where I try to place.Fifth: it takes forever to find the satellite.Sixth (and last straw): even plugged in to my in-car usb charging port it still drained its own battery to full discharge in two days. Meaning, you can't leave it in your vehicle but must take it into your home to recharge. That on top of everything else is too much bother.DO NOT BUY. I'm sending it back.

Turned it on in drivewayTo put in destination. It told me I was driving (not even out of park) over speed limit. That's when I knew I was in trouble. Wanted to return but my son put some screws into the sun screen. Knew I couldn't return without all the pieces intact so I'm stuck so there's no reason why anyone else has to be. It also wouldn't let me put in E Sunrise. As soon as I did east it picked it's own streets. Junk--don't buy.

Large enough touch screen, easy to read. I love it.

This was a GPS for my 81-year old father who does not use a smart phone yet needed a big display and clear Spanish language unit to drive around. It was easy to set up and even easier to use. Does more than his old Garmin (12+ years) at a fraction of the cost.

Very good GPS. Got this for my wife due to her phone always losing connection and work going off when driving through dead zones. She would get so nervous and scared that she would get lost so this was a life saver for her.

Very good product. Perfect for seniors because the screen is large so it’s better then the cell phone. Speaking directions are clear. The only downside is the mounting which doesn’t hold well. Very accurate directions. St. John 3:16

Ive been using my phone to navigate and find it's too distracting and hard to see detail. This screen is big and offers easy search by business name as well as address. Cant believe the value as it comes with free lifetime maps.

Brought this as an upgrade from an older model Garmin for my mom. It was easy for her to set up and use on her own.
