Actually really like this shampoo. I have been dealing with a strange scalp condition. I was told it was seb dermatitis and given an anti fungal shampoo last year at some point but after I stopped using it, the condition returned. I had yet to find a reliable solution until I came across this and one other review stated it helped them with their seb derm. So I gave this a try! Took a bit to get used to the smell because I dont use strong scents in my shampoos since I got this issue with my scalp. I quite enjoy the smell now! It does leave my hair dry but some good conditioner is perfect. I have semi curly hair and I’ve noticed my hair responds well to the shampoo and doesnt weight it down or change the outcome. Will keep buying!!! A little goes a long way.

I purchased this product because I was looking for something oil-free; if you are a henna user (especially henna blends including indigo) one of the things you really want to do is stay away from oils as they can strip your henna blend of its color! I found this product to be nice for this purpose- it’s light, lathers well, doesn’t have a noticeable scent, and kept my fine-textured, straight hair nice and clean without weighing it down. I will purchase again!

It seems good have only used it twice. I am doing the hcg detox and have to use oil free shampoo. I don't have oily hair so can't judge by that.

I purchased this "oil-free" shampoo for my son who has seborrheic dermatitis. Coconut feeds the fungus that feeds this type of dermatitis, and I was not aware that it contained derivatives from coconut oil or I would never have purchased this product. My fault for trusting the labeling, I should have researched the ingredients.

It was exactly what I was looking for. Clean and no additives.

This is a decent shampoo. It has clarifying properties but does not over strip hair. I am a tough critic when it comes to hair products. So if I say it's good, it really is. Yes it is terrific for African American hair especially natural hair. Thumbs up!

As with the moisturizer, I like the clean feeling this has, and enjoy the scent as well. I will order again.
