Works great but stinky afterwards
Works well but it does make bathroom trips odiferous, according to hubby. Valerian has that effect on BMs.

Doesn't taste bad and puts me to sleep
Natural, non addictive sleep pill. Non drowsy on waking. Replaced my benadryl.

Works great but stinks!
I bought these after researching for help for restless leg syndrome aa my prescription meds aren't helping much. I'm pleasantly surprised at how well they work so I highly, highly recommend them if you have this issue. However, they reek. Idk if all valerian root stinks or just this kind. If I can find some that doesn't stink and still works I'll buy another kind bc for me it's just awful. What I won't do is stop taking valerian root bc it works so well. Under 10 bucks for a two month supply is great too. If you struggle with rls, this WILL help you i promise. Mine was so bad it would take me forever to fall asleep and then they'd wake me up a couple hours later. This stopped all that. Worth every penny!!! Anyway, 4 star instead of 5 due to the stench. If i find out all valerian root stinks I'm going to feel really bad about this.

Great for falling asleep
I had been using one but those were taking two of them at the same time I only need to take one of these which is so much better and I like that I feel relaxed and comfortable after taking them

Works well
I’m not sure why this has a rating of 3.8, but I’ve used many brands and this is as good as any. It doesn’t have that strong, horrific, dirty gym sock scent or aftertaste so I thought I might have gotten ripped off. But it work really well for me and I have no complaints.

What I received were capsules, not Tablets
I did not want capsules and was very disappointed in not receiving the tablets that were suggested in the advertisement of the product I thought I was our purchasing.
