exactly as advertised
Decent board, great price with the included memory and 6-core Xeon. It is in fact the six core though the product page is a bit ambiguous, saying it is " socket for _ and _".Should be in the listing, but it's not -- this is not a mini-itx board, this is a mini-dtx board. It is a little wider, and will not fit all mini itx cases. Most server cases for mini itx facilitate mini dtx but definitely be careful.Cooler is trash, but would get the job done if you wanted to use it. Nice to include a stock fan. One thing to note is it does use ECC memory -- not sure about the board, but ECC dual rank is what comes with it.8gb sticks of DDR3 ECC are cheap as nails, you pretty much just need a GPU, 8gb and a power supply to have a fully running system for work or gaming.Furthered, another really awesome feature that made me pull the trigger on this was the multiple PCI-E slots, one 8x and one 16x... I was happy to find this, this is really rare on mini-itx boards for obvious reasons. Even if you need a riser, for a raid controller or network cards this is really awesome, especially considering the lack of on-board graphics.Ideal applications would be end-of-network servers, router/nas devices -- there is a core limiter available in the BIOS, as well to lower TDP for this.. .. The chip is only 95w though so really it isn't horrible. This would also be great for a workstation or gaming machine with an added GPU, even many modern GPUs can contend with this processor without a bottleneck as it is usually less the limitation.Overall, this is a pretty good CPU, a decent platform to build from, a unique board (let's hope everything's fine lol.)It IS running 100 dollar hardware, so no big real honestly if something breaks anyway. Thanks guys, I always appreciate Chinese hardware redistribution like this -- this was a really well put together package, and I appreciate you!couple months later edit, I have built a 2U server out of it. It is serving me well, I really like the BIOS -- they are expansive and feature a lot of options -- though I think distinctly bifurcation is missing, might not have seen it.Keep in mind- no USB 2, your expansion card will likely be a USB3 expansion if you don't have it.- no display output. there are no on-board graphics so note that you will need some kind of GPU to get this to work. For my server, I temporarily had a GPU that was eventually replaced with an HBA card. Now I just use an HDMI to USB adapter (it is basically a tiny GPU in a stick) as I do for other headless servers in those cases.

Do not buy
The original unit died about 2 hours into turning it on. The replacement was fast however this board / cpu combo sucks. I have no chose but to replace it. Worked really well for about 2 weeks. Save your money its just not worth it.

Using the Motherboard for Home Server
I am using this main board as home server.. I have had no issues with it. I did upgrade the memory to 32 GB using two 16GB ecc memory sticks.I would recommend this board.Update:The board died lasted 9 mos. Got very hot then would not reboot after coolingUpdate:3/15/24The board is ok now my power supply was bad. After replacing it, the board booted up and is running great.

Great value
I bought this to put in my Atgames Legends Pinball machine. works great and small enough to fit in the cabinet. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is considering adding a PC to a VR pinball table it runs FX3 with ease. Just keep in mind it does not come with a manual so you will have to be very fluent with PC's.

Crap
You did not give compatibility issues, wrapped in bubble wrap, no customer support. I have an atx case that it was supposed to work with but it didn't. No manuals this was very disappointing.
