I have been purchasing products from this company for years and am so happy to see them now on Amazon! They are one of the most honest companies I know. All of their products are EXCELLENT - what is on the label is truly inside the product. Great costumer service as well. This is my third purchase of their sulfur crystals - the best and purest crystals I've seen available on the internet. I have felt so much better after taking them as well. My seasonal allergies seem to disappear when I take them, and my stomach feels so soothed. My mental well being has improved also. The 7 lights company backs many of their products with scientific evidence - articles written by research scientists, doctors, etc. They have an excellent article on the numerous things that pure sulfur crystals (they have to be pure - not powder form) can do - just check it out on their website - [...]. I cannot say enough about this product!! I am a very overweight person with a few chronic health problems and I heard all the wonderful things about MSM online and decided to take the plunge and order some. Three months ago I started taking it and the results are absolutely staggering. I have not had this much energy in years. I feel like I'm young again and I wake up everyday ready to go. My heartburn stopped completely, my skin looks healthier, my energy levels are so high I don't even want to go to bed at night, and my joints, especially my knees, ache way less. In fact, if I skip a morning taking it, I immeditely notice.I found the key for me was to start with a smaller dose than recommended. The first time I took it, I used a teaspoon and I became very nauseous so I started with a 1/4 teaspoon and worked my way up over two and half weeks to a full teaspoon every morning. I also found that their recommendation for filtered water is incredibly important. If I don't use it, I notice that my energy is down because the supplement isn't working as well. I mix it with about two ounces of cranberry juice in a double shot glass because that masks the flavor pretty well (the one downside to the supplement is that it tastes disgusting, but I guess that's the payoff) and I drink that and then chase it with another six ounces of water. I also found that if it makes my stomach queesy, eating some breakfast immediately afterwards quells the feeling.I know that the product makes the body go through a sort of detox and my first week, I peed like crazy. The first three days, I peed like every hour at least and more urine than I even thought possible. It actually freaked me out, but then after a few days I felt so good I just continued. Figured I'd just throw this in there in case anyone else had the same thing happen to them.Lastly, I know some take it at bedtime because the product recommends that, but I haven't tried yet because I'm worried I won't be able to sleep. I could not care less about hair nor stronger fingernails though this certainly kicks in for that I use this as it helps me with joints and notice difference when do not take it for awhile .Little salty but who cares if it helps so much and if it bothered me could mix it with juice , etc but as of now drink it in cold water and no big deal considering it helps with my joints .

I think this product is a good product for someone who doesn't have issues with the side effects that it can cause. It is vital that you look up what side effects it could cause for you, even the ones that are rare! That being said, I really like the product. If I could use it I would definitely pick this over many other products. .

This tastes good and strong flavor. It quickly helps reduce my scar tissue muscle pain.

I have been using this for a few weeks, it seems to have a lot of suble but noticeable effects. I wish there was more information available about exactly how this can help benefit people metabolically, especially for cancers and other types of common problems it is claimed to help with - but given the current structure of our drug approval process there is nothing for them to gain by approving things that won't make them billions. All in all the purity, packaging, shipping, and product seems to be worth every cent and more.Edit - Used for about 2 months now, mixed results... It is supposed to help detox which can make some things worse, I noticed an immediate improvement in energy but also have had trouble sleeping. From what I have read this is not the normal results, but could be due to high blood pressure or something similar I'm working through. My skin feels smoother I think, I've had acne for decades but the frequency seems to have gone way down. I've lost some weight, and my appetite went way up at first and then down. I like to combine it with homemade veggie juice for maximum absorbtion of the nutrients. Wish it was cheaper/seems like the new cans don't last as long :(

I really enjoyed this product. I've used it for about 3 months. I feel more energy, my hair and nails is growing super fast, and my complexion feels brighter and more clear. Make sure to drink plenty of water for best results. I also feel the severity of my allergies are less. Great detox too. I'm going to try the MRM brand only because they don't carry the 7lights brand at my local health food store. We will see if I come back to this brand.

I received compliments on my skin and I could tell a difference when taken. It is difficult to deal with the bitter taste. I would often take mine with syrup. The taste did influence my commitment to taking the product on a strict regimen so that did limit my adherence to daily use. I might spare myself 2 out of 7 days. I wish it came in a different form to which I could take it in pill form. I did experience good healthy skin results. I did not see any difference in hair growth from the I am already achieving. My daughter experiences bad acne, and her skin cleared up using this product. I will say that the acne appeared to get worse before it got better. She is not consistent either and with such the acne has returned.
