Love the brand
Now is my second fav brand.Some people may find capsule too big but I have no trouble swallowing it along with other 5 supplements At the same timeI drink plenty of water and I got it to help with iron absorption. I like sustained release so I know my body will tkae it rather than dump it out too quicklyPrice is reasonable too!

No stomach pain
This Vitamin C has no stomach upset for me, even when I took 8 caps in one day to knock out my cold. I was over it in 7 days and it was a bear. Highly recommend this brand. I use a lot of supplements and you can count on the quality of NOW brand.

A must supplement
Great value (pricing).Your body will go through a "clean up" phase where you may or may not get sick during the first couple of monts while your system is amping up with Vitamin C.Since then I have not had the flu and it has been more than two years taking this exact supplement whilst living in the Tropics (Central America).
