#7 Spline for 1/8" Groove Chair Caning - 6ft Coil

Is this a round shape ?

Is this as yellowish as it looks in the picture?

I received a coil which length wasn't even close to the 6ft. advertised in the description. Wasn't it supposed to be 6ft long?

What size is #7? I need to repair a basket and don't know how wicker sizing works.
