This was a perfect fit for my 2017 GLS 450. It is not a cover but a true replacement for the button. I called the parts department at the Mercedes-Benz dealership for a button replacement and said they will charge $300 plus install as I have to get the whole panel replaced....$16 for the missing head rest button was a better buy. Looks exactly the same!

The product is absolutely fine and arrived promptly! Great service! My only dislike IS I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET THE SMALLEST HEAD REST BUTTON ONTO THE DOOR PANEL?? Even after researching a video to show it being done. Any suggestions??

The Mercedes-Benz dealership will not sell you this part individually, but rather the whole seat adjustment module which cost more than $300. I am sharing a picture so you can see how nice it looks and just like the original part. Recommend this item to anyone looking for an original replacement. Great quality product!

I have a 2016 MB E250. These are not replacement buttons as the picture seems to suggest but are just empty shells. The post that comes out of the door switch with the shell needs to attach to is small diameter. While the exterior dimension of these button shells match the OEM buttons, there is no way to attach the shell to the small switch post.

The original headrest adjustment thing popped off somehow and was lost so we ordered this set to replace it. Popped on super easily and looks great, you can't even tell it's not the original one. Seems to be comparable quality to the original, pretty happy with this purchase
