Great Entry-Level Keyboard!
Wow am I satisfied with this purchase! We have been wanting to get our 3 old a quality piano/ketboard that will last him quite awhile as he gets older. He is just beginning lessons and getting comfortable playing and absolutely loves this keyboard! My wife and I have used it ourselves and the fact that it simulates the weight of keys on a real piano really makes a huge difference. We don't currently have the space for a full on piano so the size of this keyboard has been perfect. It is definitely make of quality materials and you can tell right from the moment you pick up the box to carry it in. I managed to bring it in myself, but I could see some people wanting a 2nd person for help because of the weight. As far as the details/logistics go - it is meetings all expectations and more. It is definitely a great keyboard for beginners as it's not too overwhelming and the layout is easy to understand. There are a ton of features to promote self learning and encourage youngsters to explore how everything works. The sound quality is what you'd expect from a keyboard compared to a piano - the electronic sound is noticeable, but again you get what you pay for. I still give it 5 stars because the quality for electronic sounds is great. Volume control is simple enough and my only complaint is if you turn it up all the way it can be a little too much. This is usually the case with most electronics though. All in all we are happy with this purchase and our son is enjoying it quite a bit already. We would highly recommend this keyboard to anyone looking for a great entry level instrument!

I'm Impressed
I've been looking for a piano for awhile now and I luckily came upon this one. I'm impressed with my purchase the quality was beyond expectations for its pricing. It came in extremely well packaged and easy to assemble. The set up was very minimal only taking me and a friend about 20 minutes to set up. Moving on to the looks it is very sleek and minimal . Perfect sizing and can be moved with little effort to anywhere in your house . As far as the sound there is two speakers that sound really good and crisp. the volume quality is great and can be heard throughout the whole house. The piano is easy to use and can be great for beginners, but also great enough for those who are advanced. Overall recommend this piano for purchase. Happy with the amazing quality of my purchase.

Not perfect but very good!
PIANO: it has a genuine hammer action and the sound is touch sensitive - it is a true semi-weighted keyboard. Keys don't feel quite as good as a high-end acoustic piano but they are very decent - no complaints. The sound package is kind of cheap - audiophiles will dislike it, but it's still good enough for a respectable practice piano. I like how it comes with a full pedal set - and the pedals feel good and are finished nicely. The controls for the metronome, recording, and rhythm features are very counterintuitive, but then again, this is a digital piano and not a MIDI workstation. It has USB, aux, vibrato pedal, mic, and headphone jacks, so it's plenty versatile with enough accessories. It's also reasonably compact for what it is. B+.STAND: It's flat-pack with cheap hardware, but the finish on the wood panels is good quality and fairly robust. Cheap, but not so cheap that it borders upon trash. Assembly is fairly easy but because the hardware is cheap, the user must take time and be careful when building. It's reasonably stout and looks good once it's finished being put together. It's also fairly light and easy to move. B+.MISCELLANEOUS: It comes with a cheap but functional music holder that pops right in, a power adapter with a versatile nonpolarized plug, instructions, hardware, and.......a metric butt-ton of styrofoam and plastic packaging. Don't get me wrong, it's packaged pretty well, and there wasn't a nick or scratch anywhere on it as a result – however, it may make you feel like you are a conspirator in an act of environmental terrorism. The company should really consider adding a buck or two per unit in cost to use biodegradable materials instead of styrofoam, which I despise. I still have to give it a passing grade, though, because it came with everything it needed to, on time and undamaged. C+.OVERALL, this piano will NOT excite any elite concert pianist or professional accompanist. But for a music student or casual player looking for an affordable rig to learn and/or jam on, it hits the spot without hitting the wallet too hard. Just take your time building the cabinet, learning the controls, and getting comfortable with the cheap sound bank, and you'll be glad you bought it...once you get rid of the truckload of styrofoam and plastic it's packaged in. Overall grade: B.

Very Happy with this Piano
Bought this for my daughter. She had a cheap keyboard previously and wanted something more advanced, but she’s still a beginner. She been playing this digital piano for a month now and loves it. She was instantly impressed with the true sound it puts out and the weight of the keys. Foot pedals are working as they should. Great digital piano made even better with the affordable price!

Really Impressed with overall Quality!
Great piano!! I have never played piano before I bought this, and I didnt have any difficulty learning how to use it. Sound is really great and the volume is easy to adjust. There is a slight angle to the keys, but I have not had any trouble with playing the piano. There are other instruments options, but I bought it for the Grand Piano so I dont use them. The stand was easy to setup and feels durable. Would recommend to other people. Really happy with my purchase.

Faulty piano and unhelpful support
Worked from October until today. At which point it no longer even turns on. Don’t do it, don’t buy it! The support video is not helpful at all and only offers the same solution over and over again. The piano is flimsy, and the sound quality is shallow at best.
