used streamer for the first time today it perform ( great)as instructed in Manuel , perfect steam,perfect turbo steam,it can become a little heavy if held for awhile and if place your hand close to the head of the steamerbe careful because it is very hot; other wise work good

It took me a few attempts to get the linen shirts presentable (my first and LAST line. Garment purchases) but touch ups on non linen pants and tops were a breeze! Haven’t tried the crease function …yet

This is my second time purchasing this steamer. I really loved this steamer the first time I bought it. The only con was it turned off very quickly, I couldn’t get through even half of the water tank before it turned off. I dealt with it though because I liked the steam power. However, after a year barely any steam comes out. There used to be a difference between the regular and turbo settings, now there’s no difference. The steam power is so low it no longer gets any wrinkles out. I’ve tried the cleaning setting too, no difference. I’ve always used the correct type of water, distilled water. I purchased another one to give it another shot, but this one doesn’t work either, brand new out of the box. It worked for a few seconds, the steaming power was clearly better, and I could see a clear difference between the regular and turbo settings, but it quickly started doing the same thing.. Barely any steam is coming out, and there’s no difference between the settings anymore. This one is also leaking terribly out of the bottom, my first steamer did not leak. This one is also making a really loud knocking sound, worse than I’ve ever heard the first one make. The instructions say it is common to hear that sound, however this one sounds obnoxious. I’ve tried the cleaning setting, I’ve tried taking the water tank out and reinstalling to ensure a proper fit, still knocks and still doesn’t work. Nothing appears broken or ill fitting where the water tank connects. I’ve let it run numerous times, I’ve given it numerous chances to work, it simply just does not work. Unfortunately, I won’t be trying this brand a third time.
